The office is only a few miles south of the Dayton Mall, and only a 1/2 mile south of Dorothy Lane Market. It sits on the corner of 741 and Sycamore Creek Drive (north of Old Town Springboro). The building is on the south east corner of Sycamore Creek and 741, the sign reads Springboro Family Medicine, Springboro Internal Medicine and Springboro OB/GYN. (I'm in the Springboro Family Medicine side of the building).
